Gia Mancuso is a seasoned Project Manager and Associate Owner’s Representative who’s just as comfortable navigating a construction site as she is coordinating a design team.

With a background spanning residential, hospitality, and outdoor resort development projects, she brings a practical, hands-on approach to transforming complex builds into smooth, well-run operations. Gia’s all about turning big-picture visions into executable plans, keeping everything on scope, schedule, and budget with a good dose of calm and collaboration.

Outside of work, Gia is deeply committed to family life and loves embracing the outdoor beauty of Truckee. Whether it’s a weekend hike or a bit of lakeside relaxation, she finds joy in creating spaces - both professionally and personally - that are functional, intentional, and well-designed.
